📆Microdosing Regimen
I wrote and spoke about the regimen in the past but this is definitely worth repeating! 3 main regiment exist when it comes to microdosing:
1 cap every 3 day,
1 cap every other day,
1 cap from Monday to Friday.
I recommend starting with the first regimen (1 cap every 3 day) for 3 weeks, then increasing to 1 cap every other day. You can opt to stick with 1 cap every other day or to increase to 1 cap from Monday to Friday (after 3 weeks of 1 cap every other day). It is up to you to decide what you want to do. I personally enjoyed testing the 3 regimens as it gave me data points to compare my progress.
Ideally take your microdose in the morning on an empty stomach. If you would rather take it with food, go ahead!
As mentioned many times you will not have any physical sensations when taking the Brain Power Microdose. The rewiring and upgrading is happening in the background, no high, nor jittery needed!
Refrain from increasing the dosage, one cap is the right amount. You can alternate the frequency between the 3 regimens, but do keep the same dosage.

In essence, an intention refers to the purpose guiding a specific action, involving a conscious decision to engage in a particular behavior with an anticipated outcome. Intention encompasses the motivations and cognitive processes behind one's actions.
When embarking on microdosing, establish an intention. The act of microdosing is driven by a purpose, be it for "enhanced mental health," "overall well-being," "extended longevity," "mood enhancement," "improved focus," or any other goal you may have. Your intention serves as the underlying reason for microdosing.
During the microdosing process, consciously recall your intention, avoiding mindless consumption. Consider engaging in a brief visualization of the positive changes you anticipate once your intention comes to fruition. By maintaining a clear intention, you guide your attention toward the desired outcome, aligning your focus with your aspirations, such as seeking a mood boost.

🍎 Detox Your Body
Gradually reduce your consumption of alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, sugar, highly processed foods, and meat. Simultaneously, boost your hydration by increasing water intake, incorporate herbal cleansing teas into your routine, engage in dry brushing, opt for lymphatic or regular massages, indulge in Epsom salt baths, and prioritize a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Regular exercise and sweating, as well as visits to a sauna, can also contribute to your overall well-being.
🧽 Clear Your Mind
Foster mental spaciousness through a mindful approach to to-do lists, emails, schedule management, social media, and television. Begin by streamlining your to-do list, eliminating redundant and energy-draining tasks and connections. Embrace the art of saying no, a valuable skill that transcends age. 😀 Opt for reduced screen time by curtailing the frequency of emails, Zoom meetings, social media perusal, TV viewing, and other non-essential screen engagements. Prioritize activities that contribute positively to your well-being and minimize those that do not.
🗑️ Clear Your Space
Having embarked on the journey of clearing your body and mind, it's now time to rid yourself of everything that no longer serves you—old magazines, newspapers, books, clothes, knick-knacks, and the like. Decluttering serves as a powerful mean to break free from stagnation. The objective is to carve out space for fresh opportunities. Extend this clearing process beyond your home; apply it to your office, your car, and any other spaces where you invest your time. Unburdening these spaces contributes to a sense of liberation and invites new possibilities into your life!
👄 Upgrade Your Language
Steer clear of negative exaggerations, such as labeling traffic as "horrible," food as "disgusting," or a show as "awful." Each time these words escape your lips, you anchor yourself deeper in negativity. Eliminate strong negative figures of speech like "that meeting is a pain in the neck" or "this presentation is killing me." Your subconscious responds vividly to these images, essentially, you're signaling to your unconscious what actions to take. Lastly, abandon the habit of engaging in a complaint fest. No one ever experiences an uplift after indulging in complaints, whether alone or in a group. Opt for positivity and watch how it transforms your outlook.
